Cynthia Rayfield received a juris doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center in May, 1989, and was licensed to practice law in the State of Texas in November, 1989.  Prior to attending law school, Ms. Rayfield graduated from Texas A & M University with a B.B.A. in Marketing in 1986.

Cynthia is a life-long Houstonian, is married, and has a daughter.
